Dragonflight GameCon 2025 - Day 3

Dragonflight GameCon 2025 - Day 3

Basically all of my time was spent at the auction. There was a game of Galactic Cruise but it was completely full. There were a few items that I was watching from the auction.

One was Lions of Lydia, an economic game of bartering and trading. It was going on quick sale for $15, I put out an inital bid of $10 but didn't bother to follow up when I was outbid at $11.

Another one that I was eyeing was Mechs vs Minions since this was a rare single print run game, but I decided against it since it was kind of expensive.

The only one I stayed in for and won was Marvel United: X-Men, along with Blue Team and Gold Team expansions. Felt like I got a pretty gold deal at $35 for the whole bundle, much cheaper than what I thought I would have to fight for.

Lastly, there was this bundle of a bunch of games but I talked with the person who bought the lot and was able to make a deal for a sealed expansion, The Artemis Project: Satellites & Commanders. Also met up with someone I played Astra with on Day 1, they had a few things that didn't sell and I bought Gizmos from them.

While I ended up selling 18 out of 20 of my lots, I did have to go lower for two items. My Rallyman: GT pack, with a bunch of expansions and a sealed Rallyman: Dirt, and then the bundle of Frosthaven for below my $100 initial asking price. It was crazy that someone put out Frosthaven at initial bid of $1, so I knew mine wouldn't sell on the first pass and I would have to discount it to make sure I didn't have to carry it back home.

And here's the rest of the stuff I sold at the auction. Some of which I was pretty happy that they ended up going higher than my quick buy price.
